Electronic Lien and Title Convert Paper Titles

With Virginia ELT, Virginia lienholders have the ability to convert a paper title into an electronic title by providing us with a list of all title numbers and corresponding VIN numbers. Please submit them on the Contact Us page or call 1 (888) 675-7477 to get the proper email address to send them to.

Until late 2015 Virginia titles were predominantly in the paper format. With the enhancements brought to managing liens and titles in Virginia , Virginia ELT has provided the ability for lienholders with Virginia paper titles to convert them to Virginia electronic titles easily.
